Instructions for IBO Player
IBO Player is a popular app that becomes available on more and more devices as time goes on. The app can be somewhat advanced to get started with and is therefore recommended for those who are used to uploading IPTV playlists. You upload your playlist via their website here:

The app allows you to upload your channels in the following ways:
- M3U link
- Xtream Codes Playlist (login details)
It is recommended to upload your IPTV playlist with Xtream Codes (i.e., with your login details provided by us upon purchase or free trial). This is because your EPG (Program Guide) will then be automatically installed in the background.
If you choose M3U, for example, you will need to manually enter your EPG link provided by us. The Pro version is available for certain Smart TV devices and Android devices. However, they are not available for Apple devices as the apps are specifically created for Android-based devices.
Step 1
Start the app and if the box in the image appears, select “Allow“.
Step 2
Note your “Mac Address“. You use this MAC address to upload your playlist on devices that require uploading via their website. If you don’t have the option to press “Continue” as shown in the image below, you need to scroll down and follow the guide for your specific device.
Step 3
Select “XTREAM-CODES-API” Enter your login credentials that you received via email. In the “Playlist Name” box, fill in “iptvking.co“.
Then press “ADD PLAYLIST” after double-checking your spelling!
Step 4
Done!
Where can I download the app?
The app can be downloaded from the Play Store but also from other places depending on which device you want to use. There are also APK files available for download, but this is not recommended as many can contain viruses.
Which devices can I use?
Smart TV
IBO Player with Smart TV is a good combination when you have experience with IPTV apps. The app works well with Smart TV LG and of course other Smart TV brands like Samsung, Sony, Philips etc. Since you can install the IPTV Extreme Pro app and many other apps, Smart TV LG is a device that can be used for TV watching. However, we always recommend clearing unnecessary apps that are not used and having a slightly newer model as most IPTV lists today are very large and contain hundreds of thousands of titles such as channels, movies, series, documentaries etc.
The app is convenient on TV devices as it is created to work best on Smart TV systems, Android TV and Android boxes as well as mobile phones. The app is available on most LG, Sony, Samsung and Philips TVs that have Android-based systems. Nvidia Shield
IBO Player with Nvidia Shield is a good solution but there are better solutions to get started with. The app is created to work best with Android-based systems. Even though the app works well with your device, it’s recommended to use a better app such as HOT IPTV.
Android Box
IBO Player with Android Box works quite well to start with. The app is created to work best with Android-based systems. But even though the app works well with your device, it is recommended to use a better app such as Tivimate instead as that app has a better interface and more stable servers.
Formuler Box
IBO Player with Formuler Box works quite well. The Formuler box is created as a somewhat different Android box since it has its own IP-TV app
Computer
IBO Player on Computer works quite well. IBO Player is a versatile IPTV app that gives computer users, whether they use Windows or Mac, an excellent experience with access to a wide range of IPTV channels, movies, and series. Is IBO Player free?
No, the app is not free. You can test it for free but we recommend buying the PRO version for about 15 EUR as it unlocks some great features.
How do you get subtitles on IBO Player?
You can get subtitles on the app by pressing the red button on your remote control. However, many have reported that the later versions of the app no longer support subtitles. Therefore, another app is recommended.

Unfortunately, subtitles work poorly on this app. If subtitles are important to you, you should choose another app.
Most titles have subtitles that automatically load with the channels when you start the app. If some channels do not have subtitles, they unfortunately do not, even though most do. In some cases, you can upload subtitles from your own sources, but this is not something we recommend or support as our focus is on more important tasks for our customers.
