Buy an Apple TV box from one of the larger chains such as Amazon, Power, or another electronics store. We don’t recommend buying a used Apple TV Box as you can never know how it was previously used. A used device may have been misused, and important components such as the hard drive, processor, or RAM may have been damaged. The previous owner may have dropped the device or let it accumulate a lot of dust that was sucked into the device. In the worst case, internal parts may stop working due to lack of oxygen & heat from all the dust.

It’s important that you buy an Apple TV 5, even though Apple TV 4 or 4K also work. Unfortunately, IPTV with Apple TV 3 doesn’t work as downloading the required apps on an Apple TV 3 is not possible. IPTV with TVIP box is also a good way to watch IPTV.

Basic settings for Apple TV

Complete the basic settings and accept any terms on your new Apple TV. Also log in to iCloud and install necessary apps. Save the packaging as your warranty may be tied to it.

Also connect your new device to your network. It’s always recommended to use an Ethernet cable (network cable), but WiFi works well too, provided your router isn’t too far away and is a good router that provides good network coverage in your home.

If large objects such as refrigerators, wardrobes, doors, and other things are in the way, your Apple TV may lose or get a poor connection at times. Therefore, play it safe and use a network cable between the device and the router.
