IPTV with Smart TV – Here’s how to get started with your Smart TV! This is one of the most convenient ways to watch IPTV. Although it provides a good experience in many cases, it’s always recommended to use an IPTV box. Start by downloading any app of your choice. Below you’ll see the different apps we recommend for Smart TV. Click on any app to read how to get started. There are of course other apps that work with your device, but here you’ll find the ones we recommend the most.
IPTV Smarters is the easiest to get started with, but Tivimate is best on Smart TV.
When getting started, begin by searching for the apps below in the order shown. If you don’t succeed with the first app you try, test the next one and so on until it works for you. With your login credentials, you can use any apps you want. You’re not limited to a specific app.
Just remember to only use one app at a time!
We recommend starting with one of the apps below as they are the easiest to get started with if you’re beginning with a free trial or if you’re a beginner. The playlist is easy to activate on these apps.
The “relatively simple apps” are also easy to get started with, but here you need to visit the app’s website and upload your playlist by copying and pasting the m3u link you get from us during trial/purchase.

Buy a Smart TV from one of the major chains such as Amazon, Power, or other electronics stores. We don’t recommend buying a used Smart TV as you never know how it was previously used. A used device may have been misused, and important components like the hard drive, processor, or RAM memory might be damaged. Additionally, a Smart TV isn’t really designed to handle large IPTV playlists that can have hundreds of thousands of titles. Therefore, it’s recommended to use an Apple TV or a Formuler Box instead.
Whether you already have a Smart TV or are buying a new one, it’s good to remove unnecessary apps that aren’t being used as they take up storage space on the TV.
Complete the basic settings and accept any terms on your new Smart TV if it’s new. Then log in or create an LG, Samsung, Philips account on the TV and install necessary apps. Keep the packaging as your warranty may be tied to it.
Also connect your new device to your network. It’s always recommended to use an Ethernet cable (network cable), but WiFi works well too, provided your router isn’t too far away and is a good router that provides good network coverage in your home.
If large objects like refrigerators, wardrobes, doors, and other items are in the way, your Smart TV may lose or get poor connection at times. Therefore, play it safe and use a network cable between the device and the router.
