Service issues Have your channels suddenly disappeared, gotten a black screen, or similar? Then choose the case type “Service issues”.

Channels lagging/buffering Are your channels lagging/stuttering? Then choose the case type “Channels lagging/buffering”.

Payment issues Have you paid but not received a confirmation email? Then your payment probably didn’t go through. Double-check this before starting a case with the case type “Payment issues”.

Other question If you have a question for us, you’re welcome to choose the case type “Other question”.

We’re open year-round between 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM but sometimes respond outside these hours as well. We try to respond to all new cases within 15-120 minutes.

Don’t start multiple cases about the same issue and don’t send multiple messages in a row – this way we can help you much faster and more efficiently!
